The Making-Cosmetics 2020 online edition has just ended: the first fully online fair in which we took part, too. An interesting and positive first experience, leaving behind inspiration for considerations and evaluations.

The event platform has totalized over 1700 participants and 22 exhibitor booths, our own included.

During the two days of the fair, November 25th and 26th, we “welcomed” over 300 people to our online booth, including companies, professionals, prospects, customers, suppliers, visitors and students interested in learning about our organization.

 

Making-Cosmetics 2020 digital edition: webinars and meetings

 

On the first day of the event, Wednesday November 25, our Webinar took place at 9:30 in collaboration with Jordi Ayats, Marketing Manager of ALGAKTIV® BodySKN, under the title: “Microalgae technology: Inspiring sustainability pioneers with ALGAKTIV® BodySKN“.

It was a very interesting 30 minutes’ time, which was attended by over 90 people connected from all over the world. The webinar can be enjoyed on demand on the platform-site HERE.

We also had the opportunity to participate in other just as interesting webinars and gathered positive feedback and contacts in the R&D area we can process in the next few weeks by means of specific follow-ups.

Also in the Nutraceutical sector, we have recorded a significant and promising number of names/customers who visited the fair and our booth (as well as downloaded technical material).

Making-Cosmetics 2020 digital edition: TrueScent™ fragrances and demo kits by Essencia

It was also interesting – at times challenging – to be able to “tell” the novelties presented in the field of natural fragrances. On the occasion of the fair we prepared a demo kit containing TrueScent™ fragrances by Essencia. Upon request, it was sent to those willing to book a meeting at our online booth.

Thus, we are pretty satisfied with this first online fair experience. We wish to thank all the organizers – and our contact person Sara Valorz – for their willingness and professionalism. We thank those who visited our booth, those who took part in our webinar and all the interested parties who came into contact with us, via web, social media and email.
