Menopause is about far more than hot flashes
Mention menopause and most people think of hot flashes. Yet anyone going through it knows the picture is much broader: broken sleep, persistent fatigue, mood swings, joint discomfort, intimate comfort. Taken together, these symptoms have a real impact on everyday quality of life.

Three botanicals, selected from more than seventy
EstroG-100® is a patented blend of three plant extracts — Cynanchum wilfordii, Phlomis umbrosa and Angelica gigas — with deep roots in traditional Korean medicine and over 390 years of documented use, going back to the Dong-eui-bo-gam.
This is not simply a formula handed down through the centuries: the ratio between the three extracts was defined through the screening of more than 70 medicinal plants, in search of the most effective and best-tolerated combination. Five clinical trials, over 300 women
The real strength of EstroG-100® is its clinical dossier. Five human studies — randomised, double-blind and placebo-controlled — carried out in more than 300 pre-, peri- and postmenopausal women across the United States, South Korea, India and Iran. The overall programme now counts seven clinical trials and more than 440 participants.
Results showed significant improvements in hot flashes, sleep disturbances, fatigue, nervousness, mood, joint discomfort and vaginal dryness, from week six onwards at a dosage of 514 mg per day. A one-year study also observed favourable effects on femoral bone mineral density and bone metabolism markers.
Non-hormonal, and the data proves it
This is where much of a menopause ingredient’s credibility is decided. EstroG-100® shows no estrogen receptor binding activity: in vitro it displayed no estrogenic activity and did not stimulate the proliferation of hormone-sensitive cells, while in vivo it produced no increase in uterine weight.
On safety, the studies reported no serious adverse events and no significant changes in body weight, BMI, estradiol, FSH or endometrial thickness. A profile that makes it an interesting option for consumers who prefer to avoid phytoestrogens.
An ingredient that is easy to formulate with
EstroG-100® is extracted using hot water only, with no solvents, additives or excipients. It comes as a free-flowing fine powder that is water-soluble and heat-stable, with a three-year shelf life — suitable for capsules, tablets, soft gels, gummies, sticks and functional beverages.
From a regulatory standpoint it is authorised as a Novel Food in the European Union (Reg. EU 2018/469) and recognised by the FDA, Health Canada, Korea’s MFDS, India’s FSSAI and the Turkish authorities. Internationally, it is already used by leading consumer brands.
